We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and estimated delivery date from our partner courier, Palletways.
You will receive the invoice at your given email address.
Normally, the transaction takes 1-2 working days. The amount from your account will be reserved and allocated, soon after you place the order, to be transferred into our bank account.
We always make sure that you receive the right orders in original condition. If you receive any item which is wrong, let us know ASAP.
If you receive your order which is not according to the mentioned condition you should report to us as soon as possible.
If you receive your order damaged kindly get back to us as soon as possible. After having the damaged item around, we will investigate and then issue you a refund or you can buy anything else against the payment you have paid.

You may change or cancel your order before shipping. Contact us immediately in case of any change in order or cancellation.
